Terms of service
Last updated: July 21, 2026
The service
SiteOps is an AI marketing engine. It drafts posts, emails and ad campaigns with AI, proposes plans, and — only within the limits you set — schedules and publishes them on your behalf. You sign in with Google; by creating an account you agree to these terms, and you’re responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure.
AI-generated content
Drafts are machine-generated. They can be wrong, off-brand, or unsuitable for your market, which is why the product is built around your review: you approve content before it goes anywhere. You are responsible for the claims in what you approve and publish — their accuracy, their lawfulness, and their compliance with the rules of each platform they appear on. Compliance tools like claim flagging are aids to help you catch problems; they are not legal advice and don’t replace your own judgement.
Autopilot and automated actions
When you turn on schedules, routines or budget rules, you are explicitly authorising those automated actions. SiteOps respects the guardrails and caps you set: automated ad-budget changes only ever queue for your approval or act within the limits you configured, never beyond them. You can pause everything at any time, and pausing takes effect immediately.
Email and messaging
When SiteOps sends email on your behalf, it acts on your instruction. You confirm that you have the consent required for every recipient list you use — including the anti-spam laws that apply where you and your recipients are. Sending to people who didn’t agree to hear from you is a breach of these terms.
Connected accounts
You confirm you’re authorised to connect the accounts you connect — ad networks, email providers, social platforms, analytics. Each connection asks for specific permissions, and SiteOps acts within them only. You remain bound by each platform’s own terms, and you can revoke any connection at any time, in SiteOps or with the provider directly. If you use the YouTube features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Ads and budgets
Ad spend is billed by the ad networks directly to your own ad accounts — it never passes through us. Campaigns created by SiteOps start paused or in draft; you control when they go live and what they may spend, and the service never exceeds the limits you set.
Payment
Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or annually. The checkout is run by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record: Paddle takes your order, processes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles sales tax or VAT. Your card details go to Paddle, never to us, and Paddle’s buyer terms apply to every purchase alongside these terms.
Some plans start at an intro price for the first month or first year; after that they renew at the regular price shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time and keep full access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds work as described in the refund policy.
Your content
Your content is yours — what you write, what you upload, and the drafts you approve. You grant us the license we need to operate the service: to store your content, process it with AI, and deliver it to the platforms you told us to publish on. That license ends when the content is deleted.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the service: no illegal, deceptive or misleading marketing, no spam, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer SiteOps, no using it to harm others, and no reselling access without our written agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
SiteOps is provided as-is, without an uptime guarantee, and we make no promise about marketing results — reach, clicks, conversions and revenue depend on your market, your offer and the platforms, not on us. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we’re not liable for decisions made by ad networks or connected platforms, or for indirect losses like lost profits.
Ending things
You can delete your account whenever you like — connections and scheduled automation are removed with it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we’ll tell you why if we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of the service is established. If we ever disagree, we’ll try to sort it out by email first.
Changes and contact
Updates to these terms appear on this page; material changes get emailed. Questions and complaints go to support@siteops.me — we acknowledge within 3 business days and aim to resolve within 14. For payment questions you can also reach Paddle directly at paddle.net.
